Today at the meeting for the Circle K Club, our in service volunteer activity was to make greeting cards for the children of the Ronald McDonald House down the street. The Ronald McDonald House provides comfortable hospitality for critically ill children and their families. Most of the children are getting treated at local hospitals, and families from all over the world stay at the McDonald house while their child gets the proper treatment. The president of the group brought stickers, markers, glitter, and paper for each of us to make a couple cards for the kids. These will definitely put a smile on the faces of all of the children at the RM house hoping to get better.
