Nana here. On the way into St. Jude's Church the other day, I saw a very small poster hanging on the wall about the school Brownie troop collecting things for the less fortunate-----slightly used clothes or toys or new articles. Decided to help the cause (under the heading of Cradles to Crayons) as I believe this is the same troop that our girls (Marie and Patricia) were in at St. Jude's school back in the late 60's-early 70's. Hard to believe it is still going strong, but all the more reason to help them out. Must say they need to do a little more and larger publicity to make more people aware as the box was empty before I dropped in a large package of socks. We wish them well in their endeavor.
