For the past week, DSMS's homerooms have had collection boxes taking in non-perishable items for people in need to have a wonderful Thanksgiving. Today, I decided to cover the blog and bring in a few items to put in the box. When I put them in, my teacher was very happy I contributed...actually reacted like I went through a lot of trouble of getting the items together....but I just kindly said, "Oh no problem! I was happy to!" The school Help-Club will be bringing the items to A Place To Turn in Natick. As I was going through my day in and out of rooms, I saw that many classrooms' boxes were overflowing! I am glad I got to contribute to this cause.
